DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Minimum amount of an order is 50 PLN (+ delivery fee)

In case of delivering a wine the delivery fee is increased with 5 PLN

A person who picks the ordered wines has to be an adult.

TIME OF REALIZATION

Time of realization of an order is 60 minutes since placing an order by phone or our website.

You can cancel your order within 5 minutes since placing it.

Any complaints according the placed orders you can make within 10 minutes since receiving the delivery.

DELIVERY COST

Delivery cost is charged depending on the zone you want us to deliver the food to. The distance is counted from the strict center of Warsaw, that is The Palace of Culture and Science at Defilad Square 1.
Zone 1 – 8 PLN (within a radius of 1 km)
Zone 2 – 11 PLN (within the radius from 1 km to 3 km, in a left-bank Warsaw)
Zone 3 – 15 PLN (within the radius from 3 km to 6 km)
Zone 4 – 18 PLN (within the radius from 6 km to 9 km)
Zone 5 – 23 PLN ( within the radius from 9 km to the cities border)

There is also a possibility of delivery outside the Zone 5 - the price is determined individually.

The minimum amount of the contract beyond the zone 5 is 150 PLN

PAYMENT

You can make a payment in cash or with a credit card.
In case of paying with a credit card please inform our consultants about this fact. There is also a possibility of making a money transfer to our bank account in LUKAS BANK S.A.: 40194010763057434200000000. Delivery is realized after booking the money on our account.
We write out a VAT invoice on your demand.
You you wanted to get such document please inform our consultants about this fact before placing an order.
