Regulations for using the www.glodni.pl website.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1 These regulations specify the terms of using the www.glodni.pl website

1.2 Operator service is the Gloodny.pl Sp. z o.o. company

1.3 In these regulations terms shall have the following meaning:

- Service: the service provided by www.glodni.pl

- Operatot: Gloodny.pl Sp .z o.o. company

- CC – Customer Service

- user: the person placing an order by phone at our Customer Service, calling (22)244-21-21 , using a paper or electronic catalogue of www.glodni.pl.

- registered user: a person using an electronic catalogue of www.glodni.pl , placing an order electronically via the website www.glodni.pl

- registration: registration on the website www.glodni.pl , with the following personal data: name, address, phone number, e-mail address

- order: the submission by the user, registered user a disposition for a given dish via the www.glodni.pl website, with the following personal data: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address.

- delivery: delivery of the food by an operator to the user, the registered user.

1.4 Using the Service in any other way than under the permitted use is not allowed without the consent of all parties who have rights to elements of the Service, including a consent of the Operator.

1.5 Amendments to these Rules may be made by the Operator at any time and shall come into force when they become available on the Website.

2. USERS

2.1 Making the order, the User / Registered User states that his given personal details are correct and consents to the collection and processing these data by the Operator, in a way that is necessary to use the Service in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data

2.2 Placing an order, the User / Registered User accepts these Regulations, in particular, a contractual provisions governing the relations between the User / Registered User and the Operator and agrees to comply with the law when using the Service, in particular, to respect the copyrights and rights arising from the registration of inventions, patents, trademarks, utility and industrial models as well as to respect the personal rights of third parties, and the Operator, and respect for decency.

2.3 Placing an order by the User / Registered User means an agreement to the processing of personal data available to the Operator through realizing an order for statistical purposes and for market as well as the behavioral research and preferences of users.

2.4 When placing an contract User / Registered User agrees to receive on his e-mail address provided during Registration, or calling the BOK, messages relating to current operations of the Service. 2.5 In case of reasonable doubt as to the accuracy of information supplied by the User / Registered User, in placing an order, the Operator reserves the right to limit user / Registered User to benefit from the legitimacy of the Service until the User / Registered User, gives the real data. Operator will indicate to the User / Registered User how to validate the data through messages sent via an e-mail address provided by User / Registered User during the ordering process.

2.6 The relations between the Operator and the User / Registered User shall be regulated by Polish law

2.7 Any disputes shall be settled amicably. Otherwise, the dispute will be resolved by the court competent for the Operator.

3. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

4. SERVICES

4.1 Service glodni.pl deals with food supply from the Warsaw restaurant for homes and offices within 60 minutes since an order in the CC.

4.2 In extreme cases, the Operator reserves the right to extend the period of waiting for delivery, after informing the User/Registered User about this fact and with his consent.

4.3 Due to the impossibility of verifying the composition of the food, the operator reserves that cannot hold the responsibility for sensitizing ingredients in dishes supplied.

4.4 User / Registered User has the right to cancel the contract within 5minutes after placing an order.

4.5 In case of exceeding the 60 minutes of waiting for a dish or individual limit set by the User / Registered User - subject point. 4.2 of these Rules, the user has the right to refuse an order.

4.6 Cost of delivery is calculated depending on the zone / place to which the dish is to be delivered. The distance is calculated from the very center of Warsaw, ie, the Palace of Culture and Science at the Defilad Square 1, according to data presented below:

Zone 1 - 8 PLN-within a radius of 1 km,

Zone 2 - 11 PLN-From 1 km to 3 km, (in the left-bank Warsaw)

Zone 3 - 15 PLN-from 3 km to 6 km,

Zone 4 - 18 PLN-From 6 km to 9 km,

Zone 5 - 23 PLN-From 9 km to the border of Warsaw,

There is also a possibility of delivery outside the Zone 5 - the price is determined individually. The minimum amount of the contract beyond the zone 5 is 150 PLN

4.7 In the case of an order from the two restaurants at the same time, the delivery cost is doubled.

4.8 The minimum cost of the contract is 50 PLN from each restaurant.

4.9 Credit card payment is possible from 80 PLN.
